Guests' Self Portraits, Sherry and Jeremy's Wedding

Some of my clients choose to have me do a self portrait set up for their guests to play with during the cocktail hour - here are some great ones from Sherry and Jeremy's Kenwood wedding this July:

















My favorite things about doing these are that, since it is a simple, small set up, we can incorporate the beauty of the venue into the shots. Also, guests love to "play", and since it's a digital setup, they're free to go crazy and take as many shots as they like (especially helpful with little kids who want to take 50 shots of themselves making silly faces). So fun!

Sarah and Rick have been so patient with me, as I have yet to blog their end-of-August wedding! It is coming up next, and it's one of my favorites... not just because they're good friends from college, and some of the most creative people I know, but because the wedding was so beautifully bright, colorful, emotional, and fun! Looking through the photos makes me smile.

They chose to have me set up my little self portrait station for their cocktail hour, and supplied the props. Awesome!

Alyssa and Brian's wedding, self portraits, Geyserville

I don't show quite so many shots of myself - but I also usually don't get hair, makeup, and flowers (much less a dres) at weddings either - and I probably won't get to look this good again for a long time!
